Poseyville, IN (December 27th): On December 14th, we traveled to Indianapolis for the Best Places to Work in Manufacturing banquet. The 2022 Indiana Best Places to Work in Manufacturing companies range in Hoosier employee count from 39 to over 7,600. The results were determined largely through employee surveys that are based on Overall Team Member Experience, Communication and Workplace Culture, Relationships with Leadership, Training & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Overall Leadership, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance. With an average score of 80% employee satisfaction for the top 14 companies, Nix Companies obtained an 88%, which earned a 4th place recognition!
