Employee Spotlight: March 2017 Posted on March 29, 2017

Craig Isaac

Welding & Repairs Technician, Nix Equipment

Q: What is something your co-workers may not know about you?

A: I was News 25 High School Football Player of the Week my sophomore year at Mt. Vernon High School.

Q: What are your favorite hobbies?

A: I like to fish, ride side by sides, hunt and play with my dogs.

Q: Where did you go to school?

A: I went to Mt. Vernon Senior High School and am currently attending Ivy Tech in the evenings to obtain my Associates Degree.

Q: Before working at Nix, what was the most unusual or interesting job you ever had?

A: Nothing unusual, but I worked as a farm hand, detailer at Expressway Chevrolet and a laborer/operator at ADM.

Q: Are you married?

A: No.

Q: Do you have any children?

A: No.

Q: What is your favorite thing about working at Nix Companies?

A: My favorite thing would have to be my co-workers.  Being able to have fun with them at work while knowing that if I need any help, they would drop what they are doing to help.  This is very relieving and makes the tough days easier when nothing is going your way.

Q: Tell us a funny or embarrassing story while you were at work.

A: When Donald is welding on the table, and you can go up and hit it with a hammer to scare him.  Watching him jump and get upset every time makes everyone’s day better.
