What is something your co-workers may not know about you?
From grade school through Jr. High and High School I was in voice lessons, convert choir, glee clubs, esquires, ensembles, and state solo competitions.
What are your favorite hobbies?
My favorite hobbies are woods racing motorcycles, camping, and hanging out with friends and family.
Before Nix, what was the most unusual or interesting job you ever had?
I guess it was field work and seeing what it takes to build a mine from surface to underground.
Are you married?
Yes!
Do you have any children?
Yes, a daughter (26), step-son (29), step-daughter (27), and 2 grandsons.
What is your favorite thing about working at Nix Companies?
We are not treated like a number! From Matthew on down we are treated with respected and cared for like family.
Tell us a funny or embarrassing story while you were at work.
Call me a softy, but one day while working in the shop a Luke Combs song came on the radio. It reminded me of the day I left my baby girl alone at college and it made me cry, again!
