Ashley joined Nix Companies in October of 2019.  Ashley has a background in Operations Management and 6+ years of management experience. With skills in customer service and management, and a Bachelors degree from the University of Southern Indiana, she brings a detailed-oriented mind to our Pre-Production process.  She is currently responsible for the facilitation of new and established initiatives surrounding our customer resource management system, employee recruitment and training, business development administration, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
